The idea behind the b2b works is “not to take the work
down off the wall to reverse it, but to have the works turn within the frame itself.”
The fun part, other than the works themselves, is to engineer and build the framework that
houses the paintings. Each frame being engineered a little differently than the others,
rotating, sliding, pivoting, flipping, or hanging as a room divider view from each side.
The framework must be self-sustaining and supportive of the works, designed eloquent to
enhance the works, portable and strong enough to be handled many times, and most importantly
easily manipulated by anyone. Not to mention cost effective.
